That said, in our experience as a Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port, Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor area agent We’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our customers first. This means keeping ourselfs accessible, being a good listeners as well as a good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “customer first” philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, We’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything We’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our customers.

Why Port Charlotte, why us? Here is a little more background on our decision to move here. We moved to Port Charlotte in December 1993 and began a real estate career at CENTURY 21 Almar and Associates during the same month.
The decision to relocate here has proven to be an excellent choice. After completing more than 20 years of service in the US military, throughout the world, we searched for a coastal area in Florida which represented, to us, the best attributes of small town America.
After a tedious search we selected Charlotte County. In addition, we selected real estate as our new career profession to provide our customers with the service we were unable to find when we researched this area.
For our European customers we provide bilingual service in German/English.
We are both members of the local Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to completing Florida’s Real Estate Licensing requirements we have successful completed additional sales training required by Century 21, which include: 21 Plus (advance sales training), Effective Financing (providing finance training) and VIP Course (training to insure proper handling of relocation referrals).
As for sales achievements since 1995 we have been members of Century 21 Masters Club and Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Club. We earned Century 21 Ruby Award in 1995 & 1996, Emerald Award for 1997 through 2001, Diamond Award 2002 & 2005 and Centurion Award 2003 & 2004. In addition, we received the Century 21 Quality Service Award 2001, 2003 – 2005. Port Charlotte – Punta Gorda & North Port Million Dollar Club since 1995 and 5 Million Lifetime Achievement in 1998, 20 Million in 2001 & 40 Million in 2004 and voted a Best in Charlotte Readers Choice Award (REALTOR category) from our local newspaper “Charlotte Sun” readers in 2004.
